I had the honor of being invited for a wonderful opportunity to speak on a podcast based in India with Connaissance Specialists group on their @yourcareeryourchoice YouTube Channel. We chatted about ways to support ADHD students as parents, teachers, and counselors. We also shared practical insights and tools for individuals with ADHD.
A Conversation on ADHD
I will give a heads up that the internet connection for the recording ended up being a bit laggy and glitchy in spots. However, I was happy with the conversation and really enjoyed speaking with Karthika and her thoughtful reflections.
We discussed changes in perspectives about ADHD thanks to newer research and cross-cultural insights. We addressed myths and stigma in schools and communities. We also explored ADHD-friendly strategies and supports that feel practical, creative, and strength-focused rather than overwhelming.
